Robinson Crusoe - map collage installation - 1999

The text is drawn from the first paragraphs of Robinson Crusoe, talking of how the narrator's parents had come from elsewhere and then
moved to Hull in the U.K. (as I had), and then how he determined to travel (ditto).

The text was cut from one map and placed, in the same relative position that it had been to the other letters, on another map, so reproducing part of the first map's image.
